Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install T-Order?
No Play Store or App Store. Staff open it in the browser and can Add to Home Screen — it runs as a PWA.
Can staff lock the phone with a PIN?
Yes. Sign in with restaurant code, username, and password. Then set a 4-digit PIN on that device to lock it when you hand it over. The PIN is not a login and is not stored on the server.
Does it work for a counter or food truck?
Yes. Parcel tickets are takeaway orders that are not tied to a table. Several can be open at once. You can run with zero dining tables.
Does it work on desktop?
Yes. The same app works on phone and desktop.
Is inventory included?
No. T-Order is floor ordering and day ops — not stock counts or accounts.
What happens after the free trial?
7 days after we set you up. Then the plan we agree, paid offline. We activate it after we confirm.
Can I stop anytime?
Talk to us. There is no card on this site and no public signup — we handle plan changes with you.
