Best Restaurant Software Without Setup Fees
SpoonCub does not publish a setup fee. You verify email, start a trial, and add your own menu and tables.
Setup fees usually pay for someone to type your menu and train the hall. You can still want that help. It should be optional.
The published Standard plan is ₹2,999 billed once a year, about ₹250 a month. Confirm the figure on the homepage, because the package can change.
What that money includes
- One restaurant, staff logins included.
- Tables, parcel takeaway, menu, checkout.
- GST breakup if you configure it, and a UPI QR if you set a UPI ID.
- Today's collection by payment mode.
- No billing terminal and no per-waiter fee.
What it does not include
- Inventory, kitchen display, or aggregator sync.
- A forever-free tier. The trial ends.
- A card checkout on this website. You pay from the staff app after the trial.
On SpoonCub the Owner can type the menu in the same app the staff use. If you want us to walk through it, use the contact page. Do not expect a hardware installer.

There is no Sign up button. You talk to us. We create the restaurant, you get a trial, you run a shift, then you pay if it fits.

Dhaba, cafe, bakery, or parcel only
The product does not care if you serve thali, espresso, or pav. It cares that staff take table tickets. Small Indian shops with seating are the audience.
