Owner, Manager, Staff — roles that fit a small team

You do not need ten permission matrices. T-Order has three roles. Staff take orders. Manager runs the floor setup. Owner sees the rest.

A 10-person fine-dining org chart does not apply to a family dhaba. You still need a line: who can edit the menu, who can only punch orders, who can see plan and payments.

T-Order uses three roles: Owner, Manager, Staff.

Who can do what

  • Staff: tables (as a waiter), orders, PIN, password. No menu setup, no user roster, no billing screens
  • Manager: floor setup (tables, menu), orders, and can add/edit Staff users only
  • Owner: everything including plan, payments, and managing all roles. You cannot delete the last Owner

The More → Users screen is the roster. Staff never see it. That is enough for a small shop without an HR tool.

If this matches how you run the floor, talk to us. Techinventify creates your restaurant, staff logins, and trial. There is no public signup and no card on this site.
