Best POS Software for QSR Restaurants in India
A small QSR can run SpoonCub at one counter. A chain QSR that needs kitchen screens and aggregator orders should buy a QSR platform instead.
A single-counter QSR should buy software for the way tickets actually move, not because a POS ad showed a fine-dining floor.
What the shift looks like
QSR software ads assume combos, bump screens, and delivery tablets. A one-counter burger or rolls shop often has none of that. It has a queue and a cash drawer that is really a box.
Where SpoonCub fits
SpoonCub covers the one-counter case: short menu, parcel tickets, fast checkout, payment split. Remarks cover 'extra cheese' or 'no mayo'. There is no combo engine.
Where it does not
Brand QSRs with several counters and a kitchen display should stay on QSR platforms such as Restroworks or a POS with KDS. SpoonCub will not run that line.
- Staff place every order. Guests do not scan a QR.
- Takeaway is a parcel ticket. Seated service is a table.
- Checkout records UPI, cash, card, or other.
- There is no inventory count and no kitchen display.

How to start SpoonCub
There is no Sign up button. You talk to us. We create the restaurant, you get a trial, you run a shift, then you pay if it fits.

Dhaba, cafe, bakery, or parcel only
The product does not care if you serve thali, espresso, or pav. It cares that staff take table tickets. Small Indian shops with seating are the audience.

Petpooja is a broad restaurant POS. SpoonCub is staff ordering on a phone for one small restaurant. Choose by the daily job, not the feature list.
