SpoonCub vs Restroworks: Which Restaurant Software Should You Choose?

Restroworks, formerly Posist, is a chain-scale restaurant platform. SpoonCub is staff ordering for one small outlet. They solve different sizes of problem.

Choose Restroworks when you run outlets, brands, or a chain and want one platform across the floor, stock, kitchen, and digital orders. Choose SpoonCub when you run one small restaurant and staff need a phone to take orders.

Restroworks is the current name of Posist. Their own site describes a unified restaurant platform for groups that need more than a billing screen. That is the right class of product for a multi-outlet operator. It is a heavy buy for a single dhaba, cafe, or family restaurant.

SpoonCub is one restaurant, unlimited staff on the plan, and a short workflow: tables, parcel, menu, checkout, today's collection. There is no kitchen display, no inventory, and no Swiggy or Zomato connection. Roles are Owner, Manager, and Staff. A shared phone can be locked with a device PIN.

The product does not care if you serve thali, espresso, or pav. It cares that staff take table tickets. Small Indian shops with seating are the audience.
