SpoonCub vs UrbanPiper: Which Is Right for Your Restaurant?
UrbanPiper connects online orders from apps like Swiggy and Zomato. SpoonCub is for orders your own staff type in.
UrbanPiper is for restaurants that live on aggregator and online orders and want those tickets in one place. SpoonCub is for orders your staff take at the table or counter. They are different products.
If the rush is Swiggy and Zomato tablets, a middleware layer is the category to evaluate. SpoonCub does not accept those orders, does not sync menus to those apps, and will not fix a delivery-tablet pile-up.
If the rush is the dining room or the takeaway window, SpoonCub is the category. Parcel orders can store a short reference, which is enough to mark a phone order or a direct delivery. It is not an aggregator integration.
Do not mix the problems
- Mostly app delivery: look at UrbanPiper or your aggregators' own tools.
- Mostly your own guests: look at SpoonCub.
- Both, and both are large: you may need a full POS that talks to aggregators. Say that on the enquiry so we do not put you on the wrong product.

How to start SpoonCub
There is no Sign up button. You talk to us. We create the restaurant, you get a trial, you run a shift, then you pay if it fits.

Dhaba, cafe, bakery, or parcel only
The product does not care if you serve thali, espresso, or pav. It cares that staff take table tickets. Small Indian shops with seating are the audience.

Petpooja is a broad restaurant POS. SpoonCub is staff ordering on a phone for one small restaurant. Choose by the daily job, not the feature list.
